If a customer cancels once the job is already close, you may receive late-cancellation pay.

Couldn't get in

If you've arrived and can't access the lawn, MOWR has a failed-visit process.

Bad weather

If it's genuinely too wet to mow, move the visit to a drier day without being penalised.
